We’re Merging with Galaxy Gardens to Turn the Phoenix Valley into a Regenerative Paradise

If you’ve researched rainwater harvesting companies in Phoenix, Arizona, you’ve probably come across Galaxy Gardens. For several years now, Clint & Evan have been the only active practitioners in the Valley. And we want to change that.

From designing to masterfully executing complex, rainwater-fed permaculture food forests, it’s obvious that Galaxy Gardens are the best in the business out here.

I started Permascaping with a vision to transform conventional landscaping into regenerative paradise, which is basically the same vision Clint & Evan have had since their early days. They bring multiple decades of trades experience and 5 years of rainwater harvesting, while I bring 10 years of early stage tech startup building & scaling plus a colorful palette of digital creative skills.

That’s why we’ve been quietly working together for almost a year now, blending our superpowers, doing projects, harmonizing our systems and processes into one super-system as seamless as the gutters we install.

And now we’re excited to officially announce our partnership moving forward is more than just referrals and synchronized systems. We’re officially building one brand: Permascaping.

Why Permascaping?

We decided that Permascaping as a brand name has the greatest potential to affect the change we seek to make. It’s catchy and descriptive. People have already begun using it as a noun, just like an Uber or an Airbnb. Beyond branding, this is incredibly powerful for changing culture.

We also collectively believe that a nonprofit is the best vehicle to power this cultural transformation. Our mission, our charitable purpose, is to build self-sufficient, free communities that build soil, grow food, harvest rainwater, and repurpose waste. Anything that fits into that purpose is something that we want to be involved in however we can.

What happens now?

Over the next few months, the remainder of 2025, we will slowly sunset the Galaxy Gardens brand and marketing assets while transferring brand equity, reputation, and reviews to Permascaping. We’ll clearly communicate this change across our social media and client-facing channels through co-branded content, leaving no doubt that we are one great, culture-changing 501(c)(3) moving forward.

For our customers and partners, not much will change. Emails will be ported to @permascaping.com addresses, and the Galaxy Gardens website & social media accounts will redirect visitors.

Here’s to greater impact for Phoenix & beyond!

Thanks for reading.
