All proceeds go directly towards the program listed on the product. For example, Phoenix Food Forest Initiative merch sales are transferred directly into a PFFI account that is used solely for that neighborhood.
If the program/beneficiary is not listed on the product, then proceeds go towards our general operations.

We try to be as proactive, responsive, and helpful as possible. If anything goes wrong — e.g. missing order, quality issue — please email me personally at jeremy @permascaping.com and I will make sure you’re taken care of.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.Items must be returned in their original condition and, if possible, packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, customized/personalized items, and final sale/clearance items.
