  • All proceeds go directly towards the program listed on the product. For example, Phoenix Food Forest Initiative merch sales are transferred directly into a PFFI account that is used solely for that neighborhood.

    If the program/beneficiary is not listed on the product, then proceeds go towards our general operations.

  • We try to be as proactive, responsive, and helpful as possible. If anything goes wrong — e.g. missing order, quality issue — please email me personally at jeremy @permascaping.com and I will make sure you’re taken care of.

  • Happy to figure something out for your needs! Please email team@permascaping.com with details about your request and we’ll do our best to reply within a couple of days.

  • Return Policy
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and, if possible, packaging.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

    Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, customized/personalized items, and final sale/clearance items.
