Our design services range from $250 to $2,600 depending on property size, scope & complexity.

Depending on project size, we collect a 25-50% deposit to initiate the process. For larger projects we collect installments along the way, and for all projects the final remainder is due at the time we finalize your deliverables.

It’s a highly collaborative experience that includes:

• 1 on-site design consultation with recorded audio

• Narrated walkthrough videos of on-site recommendations

• Drone photography & video of your property

• 1 complete set of site plans including watershed, irrigation, & planting/hardscape

• 3D renders of select spaces as needed; additional cost in some cases

• Guidance on DIYing as well as deploying your budget into multiple phases of installation & with various contractors

• Estimates from our permaculture-minded contractor network for any services you’d like to hire out

We are a combined team that have been implementing permaculture into landscape design for over 5 years now.

Before that, one of our founders had a whole career in landscaping, and the other a whole career in design, marketing & early-stage startups.

We truly pride ourselves on our workmanship and if anything isn’t up to par by the end of the project, we will make sure it’s done right.

This rarely happens, but if you do notice something please feel trust that it is safe to bring it up. 

Think of us like doctors or lawyers hired to solve your problems with our specialized knowledge. We must think critically about your needs & goals, and we must be paid for our thinking.

Anyone who isn’t doing this is either trying to sell you a quick band-aid fix, or doesn’t understand their worth.

If you choose to move forward with any of our partner contractors, you will experience a seamless transition into their fulfillment processes.

We have built shared internal systems with these contractors, to make your experience as smooth as possible rather than having to reiterate & reshare tons of information with someone from scratch.

We offer land care (stewardship, not maintenance) services to guarantee the success of your plants and overall system. Land care packages can be biannual, quarterly, monthly, or as needed.

This includes soil testing, strategic pruning, disease treatment and prevention, irrigation optimization, gutter & tank cleaning, and even regenerative lawn & yard care (mowing, trimming, etc. & using those trimmings to build your soil).

We also have a virtual tree care / consultation service via email or text.
