Join a bulk order of wholesale bare root & potted fruit trees in Arizona, at a fraction of the cost of local fruit trees.

Every year, we gather pre-orders from our community and place a bulk order with a wholesaler such as Dave Wilson Nursery for deciduous trees, and Sunset Nursery for citrus. 

These are the same wholesale growers that supply all the local nurseries with their fruit trees.

We support locally owned nurseries every chance we get — and, running this program is one of the most effective ways we can fulfill our mission of creating thriving, self-sufficient communities in Phoenix and beyond.

The last day to order 2026 Deciduous Fruit Trees will be December 31st.

👉 PICKUP

Trees, soil and mulch will be available for free pickup at our central Phoenix HQ‍ (48th St & Thomas) and Galaxy Gardens HQ (San Tan Valley) in late January.

Worm products will ONLY be available for pickup from Growers Best Organics Soil & Worm Farm (San Tan Valley).

⚠️ Please DO NOT come to our pickup locations until you receive an email informing you of pickup days & hours. ⚠️ These are private residences, not commercial storefronts.

We will also have several distribution hubs throughout the state to make local pickups easier, including:

• San Tan Valley / Queen Creek

• Payson / Show Low

• Prescott / Sedona / Flagstaff

• Tucson

And we can try to add more as needed. Orders placed in these areas will be grouped together.

For example:

If you are in Snowflake, AZ, you will be grouped with the Payson/Show Low order. Someone from your area will drive to Phoenix to pick up everyone’s trees, and then you will pick yours up from their distribution location (or they can deliver to you for a fee).

👉 DELIVERY

We also offer fee-based delivery (and optional planting) throughout the Phoenix Valley and potentially in the other areas (depending on labor availability — if you would like to get paid to deliver/plant in your area, please email us).

To have your trees delivered/planted, the fees will be as follow payable by cash, Zelle, or Zeffy: 

• DELIVERY (check drive time to your location from 4815 E Windsor Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85008)  

  • $15 for addresses within 10 min drive of my home (based on Google Maps)

  • $25 for addresses within 20 min drive 

  • $35 for addresses within 30 min drive

  • $45 for addresses within 45 min drive (basically all of the Phoenix Metro Area)

  • Outside the Phoenix valley, please coordinate with me separately (Prescott/Taylor/Tucson folks)

• PLANTING, PRUNING & SOIL AMENDMENTS

  • + $75 / bare root tree 

  • + $25 / potted tree 

Since the Square online store does not allow the level of complexity we need to fulfill this statewide program, we will coordinate pickup & deliveries separately via email, so please add team@permascaping.com‍ to your contacts / check Spam/Junk folders and email us with any questions or if you haven’t heard from us.

ALL orders will go through the sme process on our online store. You will enter your home address whether you‘re picking up or getting delivery.

After pre-orders are closed, we will finalize pickup locations closest to you, including

• Prescott / Sedona / Flagstaff

• Payson / Show Low

• Tucson

• Yuma

While we support locally owned nurseries every chance we get, we have streamlined the process to make it more affordable.

Last year, we collected almost $10,000 in pre-orders from nearly 80 Arizona fruit tree enthusiasts in just four weeks! Incredible.

From peaches to olives, jujubes to blackberries, every species we’ve selected is known to do well in Arizona with proper care.

But, Arizona has several growing climates, so make sure you read the descriptions to select the right tree(s) for your area.

We do! We want you to be fully confident in your investment into these trees.

We basically run this program at-cost, so any supplemental donations are greatly appreciated.

With that said, as with any successful charity, we do earn a small net revenue from our operations — just enough to run the program.

For transparency, we charge just $5 per tree on top of wholesale prices, and round shipping costs (8% of total freight) up to the nearest dollar on each order.

We guarantee that we will only sell you healthy living trees.

If you hire us to plant & steward your trees, we also guarantee their success and will replace anything that does not survive at no cost to you.

Otherwise, it’s up to you! Make sure you know what you’re doing. 😉

The last day for order changes and refunds will be December 31st.

For qualifying refund requests, we will only be able to refund our net revenue minus Square’s processing fee (our online store platform).
