Financing FAQs

  • We are neither a broker nor a lender. Our financing options are provided by third-party lenders unaffiliated with Permascaping, under terms and conditions that you & they will arrange directly.

  • We partner with some of the best financial companies to find the best rates & terms for your unique situation.

We’ll gather the information needed to run a soft credit check (which does not impact your score) and let you know what options you have.

  • Generally speaking:

    • Your donation is added into the monthly raffle pot

    • 1 random donor is selected & awarded 50% of the total pot in the form of property transformation services

    • The remaining 50% is used in our Phoenix Food Forest Initiative locations

    • You receive a tax receipt at the end of each year for your donations

    • To spice things up, you can start or join a team of donors to increase your chances of winning as a group, and deciding how you will distribute the funds within your group

  • Grant funding is a rare & special case. It’s only available for projects that have a powerful vision for community-building, such as providing homegrown food, hosting educational events, employing & upskilling particular types of people, etc.

As the 501(c)(3), we act as the fiscal sponsor which receives the grant funding, and distributes it to your project according to that grant’s particular terms. We will also be responsible for documenting & reporting on the project’s success.
